Cognitive behavioral therapy is a psycho-social intervention that aims to reduce symptoms of various mental health conditions, primarily depression and anxiety disorders. CBT is one of the most effective means of treatment of substance abuse and co-occuring mental health disorders.

We offer the Cognative Behavioural Therapy (CBT) sessions in connection with a 15 minute salt room relaxation prior or sometimes after the CBT. The salt room allows for a calm and relaxed state of mind which is an important part of the CBT process.
